Pastoral Leads

Our school values of friendship, respect, equality, courage, determination, perseverance, resilience and inspiration ensure that the wellbeing of our pupils is at the forefront of all that we do. For pupils to be emotionally available to learn, they need to feel safe, cared for and secure.

Our Pastoral Leads focus on supporting our pupils’ attend and access learning, whilst they also promote understanding and fairness, instill respect and enable equal opportunities for all.

Our Pastoral Team communicate any concerns, as they arise, with Parents/Carers. Working closely with Parents/Carers, a whole team approach is essential to ensure that any concerns are addressed quickly to prevent situations from escalating.
