Year 9’s ventured to the big city to take part in an epic virtual reality experience. Located in Holborn, Sandbox offers a fully immersive experience with high tech gear and even higher quality customer service.
There were so many options to choose from, from squid games to sleighing dragons, we were spoiled for choice. We were placed into our groups, with each group deciding what mission they would undergo.
Once the sessions were complete, we had the opportunity to watch our experience and analyse it as a whole group and see who achieved the highest score.
It was great to watch pupils work together to complete various tasks and see them beaming with pride whilst competing about who was best.
We then made the short trip to McDonalds where pupils ate happily, before getting on the train and heading back to school. It was truly a day packed with fun and great memories.
