At New Rush Hall School (NRHS), we know that life doesn’t end when our pupils leave here, it’s simply the beginning. In partnership with Redbridge Alternative Provision, New Rush Hall School invited a diverse range of providers to a Covid safe careers event.
We were really lucky to have guest speakers from Transport for London (TFL), the Construction industry and Accounting, among others. Pupils thoroughly enjoyed the day with 100% saying they found it interactive and one pupil went as far as to say, “The TFL session really inspired me”, which is music to our ears here at NRHS.
We were really impressed with our pupil’s engagement and some were even confident enough to approach providers for their contact details. We weren’t the only ones impressed. One provider said, “I was just amazed by how well the pupils engaged and interacted”.
We look forward to inviting these providers back, alongside an even wider range of industries in the near future.
